DOURO TOWER

Unique views over Douro River and to Porto and Gaia cities.

CONCEPT

The Douro River served as inspiration for the whole project, living in the city with the best view over the river and the entire city of Porto. Golden reflections in an environment that aims to be cosmopolitan and urban. The whole project was designed to feel cozy and comfortable, in what is essential, privileging a proximity to the cities of Porto and Gaia.

SOPHISTICATED URBAN AND MINIMALIST

This 10 floor building consists in 11 apartments T0 with mezzanine; 33 apartments T0; 16 apartments T2 and 1 store. It is also has a swimming pool and leisure space on the rooftop, bicycle rack and large social lobby, being one of the building feature areas.

With unique views to the Douro River and to Porto and Gaia cities, the D'ouro Tower is located next to the Edgar Cardoso roundabout in Vila Nova de Gaia and will be near to the Subway station of the new Gaia's second line (Santo Ovídio – Casa da Música).
